What To Wear: Game Day

Yes, my friends, it is that time of year. Football is starting and I'm so freakin' excited!! Especially because I am in two fantasy football leagues this year. That is more than my husband, haha!!

Living in the Midwest, going to games in the fall and winter is cold. Well it can actually be down right freezing at times {literally -10* F kind of freezing}. Dressing for games can be no fun and we usually end up looking like this after an hour or so into the game:

Frozen, just like the cheese-head hat. I will say though, we are the BEST fans around. What fans would volunteer to shovel 2 feet of snow out of the stadium before game day? That would be us thank you very much.

Packer Fans are DIE HARD. We volunteer to shovel snow on game day at Lambeau Field.

Now back to the reason for this post. How is a girl supposed to look good at their favorite team's game? Well here are a few ideas. Just remember when going to a sporting event, keep it simple and comfortable. {AKA leave the stilettos at home}

For those warm days:

For when it starts getting chilly:

Baby, it's cold outside:
it is all about layering!!

Don'ts:

Green Bay Packers Game Day Dress...think I could convince Jake to get this for me?
{Thank God the dress is no longer available and that isn't an actual shoe, it's an ornament}

They aren't real shoes, but rather fashion for your bar. Fill with straws?

  2. These are cute outfit options!! I also love that green dress, though I think I'd pair it with a yellow sweater too.

    Fun fact: I don't like green and gold together so I don't own a traditional Packers jersey but I do have a throwback jersey and I LOVE IT! Can't beat navy and yellow - it's a classic.
